Welcome to the website of Research Management Centre (RMC), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

RMC is a centre under the Office of Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation) of UiTM. It was developed to manage the research activities including the process of notification and announcement of research grants (internal, national, industrial, agency, and international etc.), application and evaluation of grant proposals, management, operation and monitoring of each registered research grant. These are designed to facilitate the process of managing, coordinating and mobilizing the research activities effectively.

RMC is also established with the purpose of increasing the research productivity according to the needs of industry, community and society which in line with Malaysia Education Blueprint 2015 – 2025 by Ministry of Higher Education.

We envision to make RMC of UiTM as a successful department that manage universitys’ research and leads UiTM to the pinnacle of excellence through the smart initiatives, including the global partnership with the top ranked universities worldwide. This can be materialised by promoting the cultivation of research collaborations among our researchers, crossing the disciplines. Moreover, this is in line with university’s vision to establish UiTM as a Globally Renowned University of Science, Technology, Humanities and Entrepreneurship by 2025.
